Whether it’s a burlesque workshop for 2 or a rock concert for 2,000, we bring an unrivalled magical experience to your event. You might want just one or two elements of Club Noir, no problem. And if you want the whole shebang that’s no problem either. So if your event needs an injection of glamour or quirkiness then you’ve come to the right place.

Since March 2004 Club Noir has grown into the biggest burlesque club in the world. But don’t take our word for it. The Guinness Book of Records made it official in 2009. Being biggest is not always best, but we’ve become best because we’re outstanding at what we do! Simple.

We operate throughout the UK. We’ve had sell-out clubs in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow. And for the past 4 years we’ve been the biggest cabaret event at the world’s biggest arts festival, the Edinburgh Fringe.

We’ve done events for the likes of Scottish Opera, Wonderbra, Chinawhites, MTV, The List magazine, VisitScotland, Stephen K Amos, Glasgow International Comedy Festival, Glasgow Film Theatre, National Theatre of Scotland and T in the Park.

We have a wealth of diverse talent. Burlesque dancers, stripteasers, dwarves, diverse DJs, comperes, male stripteasers, gay acts, ballet dancers, belly dancers, cancan, musicians, blonde bombshells, bagpipers, dominatrices, tattooed ladies, slaves, saxophonists, samba bands, tassel twirlers, fire performers, angle grinders, actors, stilt walkers, make-up artists, theatrical hairdressers, photographers, singers, VJs, ambient acts, comedians, acrobats, jugglers, poi, cigarette girls, impersonators, music engineers, bands, magicians, escapologists, drag queens, stilt walkers, balloon modellers, art directors, prop makers, whipcrackers, alternative bands and costume makers.  We are always adding new talent to our shows. Walkabout performers and characters are a particularly dazzling and cost-effective way to add charm and a wow factor to your event. They don’t need staging, lights, and all the other factors (hassles!) of putting on a show. They can mingle with your guests to make them feel welcome and special. Walkabouts can be entertaining or helpful or both.

BURLESQUE WORKSHOPS

If you want an injection of glamour in your life and would like us to put together a burlesque workshop for you and your friends then you’ve come to the right people.

We have been running very successful burlesque workshops for many years now. We’ve even done them for the National Theatre of  Scotland and Scottish Parliament and they’ve been featured in quality press and on TV.

We have the option of having a full workshop as we normally do with up to 20  pupils, or we can do smaller or one-to-one workshops.

For the bigger workshops we provide a quality venue, 2-3 experienced teachers, refreshments. Workshops tend to last for 7 hours. You can be taught hair, makeup, costume, performing, tassel twirling.  The day ends with everyone putting on a mini show for one another. Packages can be tailored to suit your own taste.
